1. Membership
1.1. Membership Application. To become a member of the AbleMe portal, you must complete and submit a membership application online at https://www.ablemedilink.com.au/account-business-portal/. You must provide accurate and complete information in your application. AbleMe may, at its sole discretion, reject or deny any membership application.
1.2. Membership Term. The membership term will commence on the date your application is approved and will continue indefinitely.
1.3. Renewal. Your membership will automatically renew for successive Membership Terms unless
you provide AbleMe with written notice of your intention to terminate your membership.
2. Membership Benefits
1.1. Access to Portal. Members will have access to a dedicated portal on the AbleMe website, including:
- Exclusive product information and resources.
- Educational webinars and workshops.
- Member-only forum and community.
- Priority customer service.
1.2. Loyalty Program. Members will earn points through the AbleMe Loyalty Program for their
purchases and other activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases and other
rewards.
3. Member Responsibilities
3.1. Professional Conduct. You will conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Treating all AbleMe staff with respect. Physical or verbal abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your Membership.
- Working with AbleMe staff to resolve any issues or problems.
- Maintaining confi dentiality of any information shared with you by AbleMe or other members.
3.2. Ethical Marketing and Sales. You will not engage in any marketing or sales practices that are
unethical, misleading, or deceptive. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pressuring clients to make purchases they do not need or want.
- Making false or misleading claims about AbleMe products or services.
- Sharing confi dential information about clients with third parties.
3.3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the AbleMe portal and its services.
4. Termination
4.1. Termination by AbleMe. AbleMe may terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Violation of this Agreement.
- Non-payment of membership fees.
- Misuse of the AbleMe portal.
- Conduct that is harmful to AbleMe's reputation or business.
4.2. Termination by Member. You may terminate your membership at any time by providing AbleMe with written notice of termination.
4.3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your membership, your access to the AbleMe portal and its services will be revoked. You will also forfeit any unused points in the Loyalty Program.
5. Disclaimer

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AbleMe with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be
struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or
