At Able Me, we prioritise hygiene and cleanliness. All products are thoroughly cleaned with hospital-strength antibacterial cleaner both when they are returned and before they are rented out again. Wheels, stoppers, and brakes are also inspected and cleaned to ensure optimal hygiene and safety.

We offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your needs. The minimum hire charge is one week. We will charge you on a weekly basis for the duration you need the equipment.

We recommend booking hire items in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak periods. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

We offer reliable equipment and prioritise customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement.

Yes, you can purchase the equipment you are currently hiring at any time. The cost will vary depending on the length of the hire period and the amount you have already paid. Please contact us for details.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of our delivery drivers. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order. We will always strive to deliver on the same day you place your order, but if this is not possible due to scheduling or other factors, we will deliver the following business day.

Please note that hospital beds require special courier delivery and setup, and the delivery timeframe will be confirmed on the day of your order.

At Able Me, we take pride in our ability to offer friendly and knowledgeable customer service by having our hire items delivered by an Able Me Member. At the time of pickup of the equipment, we will charge a bond amount. This bond is a security deposit to ensure the safe return of the equipment. Once the items are returned in good condition with no damage or missing parts, we will refund the bond amount back to you.
