Returns and Refund Policy
Our Returns and Refund Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.
You have peace of mind knowing all our products have warranties under the Australian Consumer Law. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. You can return your order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the order. All packaging and relevant documents must be retained. In case the order is returned for any reason other than quality complaints, shipping costs and handling charges won’t be refunded.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@ableme.com.au with your order number. No Change of mind refunds on sale items and refunds after 7 days. A 20% Restocking fee will be charged if the goods are returned. For health and hygiene reasons, seating cushions, toilet aids and garments are non-refundable.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or in breach of a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon return of that product and presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return. Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Able Medilink accepts fault. That is, if we delivered the wrong product, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or we are in breach of a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to you.
The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to visit our store in person, where our team will be able to assist you immediately. If visiting our store is not convenient for you, then please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 03 9557 9038 or admin@ablemedilink.com.au to discuss the available options.
In the event that your product must be returned to our store, please allow three (3) business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by Able Medilink.
In the event that you change your mind, please call 03 9557 9038 or admin@ablemedilink.com.au; exchanges are possible within seven (7) days of purchase at our discretion. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition (unused) and packaging. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional return and delivery charges will be incurred at your expense.

Postal service bears responsibility for packages during transportation. Please open the package as soon as you receive it to verify the contents. If any damage is discovered, please file a claim against the postal.
